Pricing Addendum

Effective: September 9, 2025 12:00 AM CST

This Pricing Addendum is part of the Terms of Service for Condeux and applies to all users of the Condeux platform. By using Condeux, you agree to the following pricing terms:

Payment Processing Fees

Payments are processed through Stripe, and all fees are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. For more information on Stripe's fees, please refer to the Stripe terms during your account setup. Stripe fees are controlled by Stripe and are subject to change.

• ACH/Bank Payments: A fee of 0.8% of the transaction amount will be charged for ACH or bank payments.
• Credit Card Payments: A fee of 2.9% + $0.30 of the transaction amount will be charged for credit card payments.

Subscription Fees

Condeux offers a subscription plan for property owners and managers. The subscription fee is $14.99 per month. This fee includes 1 property. Additional properties can be added for $2.99 each per month.

Condeux reserves the right to update these fees at any time.
